Owners Sam Buob and Jacqueline Graham (and their son Leif), originally from Caledon, Ontario, grew up nordic and alpine skiing in Collingwood, and have been living in the area for several years.
Sam was raised on an organic farm and, as an avid athlete, has always had a strong interest in health and performance nutrition. He received his Raw Chef's Certification from Juliano Brotman at Planet Raw in Santa Monica.
Jacqueline is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Vegan and Live Food Nutrition from the University of Integrative Science California, and the Human School of Living Arts, under the direction of Dr. Gabriel Cousins.
